Finesse Global is currently looking to hire a skilled UI/UX Designer for an onsite contractual role based in Dubai. This opportunity is best suited for candidates who are already available locally in the UAE and have a strong background in designing digital financial solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience in crafting user-friendly interfaces for modern banking systems, especially within Open Finance and API-driven environments. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing user journeys and delivering seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design clean, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces for financial platforms
• Build user experiences tailored for Open Banking and API-based ecosystems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs for complex systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
• Design consent-driven flows and data-intensive dashboards with clarity
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design
• Strong exposure to digital banking, fintech, or financial services projects
• Practical experience working on Open Finance or API-driven platforms
• A well-developed portfolio showcasing complex workflows and dashboards
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture
