Description:
Tornado Total Landscape is currently expanding its workforce and is looking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to support its site operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in attendance tracking, timesheet management, and payroll support, particularly within construction or landscaping environments.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring workforce data is recorded accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with site supervisors and administrative teams to maintain proper records of employee attendance, working hours, and overtime while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management: Accurately record daily workforce attendance, including working hours, overtime, and leave details.
  • Timesheet Maintenance: Update and manage timesheets and attendance systems to ensure all data is current and error-free.
  • Coordination with Site Teams: Liaise with site supervisors to verify manpower records and ensure accuracy of reported data.
  • Workforce Monitoring: Track absenteeism, delays, and workforce movements with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Payroll Support: Prepare and submit precise timekeeping reports to assist in payroll processing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all records align with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar timekeeping or administrative role, preferably within construction or landscaping sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with timekeeping and attendance systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage records, documentation, and reporting processes efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking and reporting workforce data.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to collaborate effectively with site teams and administrative staff.
