Description:
Al Mufid Trading Co. LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to join their team in Dubai. This role is designed for professionals who can effectively manage and streamline supply chain operations, ensuring smooth procurement processes, efficient inventory control, and timely delivery of goods. The position also involves overseeing receivables and supporting financial coordination to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure efficient stock management
• Track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or quality-related issues
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of procurement, logistics, and receivables
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, and financial updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and import/export regulations
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms
• Manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and contractual documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
