Description:

A well-established organization in Abu Dhabi is actively seeking a highly experienced Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE experience who can efficiently manage HR operations and administrative functions within a fast-paced and structured work environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting overall organizational efficiency. Experience in the manufacturing sector or a similar industry will be considered an advantage.

Requirements (Must Meet First):


• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration within the UAE

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar), onboarding, training, and performance management

• Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary procedures

• Process employee visas while ensuring compliance with JAFZA and KEZAD regulations

• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and employee documentation

• Handle payroll processing, compensation structures, and employee insurance (medical & workers’ compensation)

• Manage employee exit procedures, including resignations and terminations

• Supervise administrative functions such as travel arrangements, accommodation, PPE management, procurement, and fleet operations

• Handle purchase order (PO) processing, payments, and financial reconciliation tasks
