This role focuses on evaluating high-quality production-level code, reviewing AI-generated programming outputs, and helping establish strong engineering standards across multiple technology stacks.
The position is ideal for experienced developers who enjoy code review, technical evaluation, and contributing to the improvement of AI-assisted software development systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Review AI-generated full-stack code to assess production readiness and reliability
• Evaluate software solutions for scalability, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Compare and rank code quality across multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Analyze and improve AI-generated technical outputs in real-world development scenarios
• Contribute to training content on software engineering best practices and debugging methods
• Document workflows related to version control, including Git branching and merging strategies
• Provide expert feedback to improve collaborative coding standards and practices
• Support AI model enhancement by evaluating complex software engineering cases
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
