DataAnnotation is hiring a Social Media Content Manager to support the development and training of advanced AI chatbot systems. In this role, you will contribute to improving AI model performance by evaluating responses, analyzing logic, and providing structured feedback to enhance accuracy, creativity, and overall output quality.
This position is ideal for individuals with exceptional English writing skills, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to critically assess language, tone, and content quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and assign complex tasks to AI chatbot systems to evaluate performance
• Review and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and quality
• Identify errors in grammar, reasoning, tone, and factual consistency
• Improve model outputs through structured evaluation and feedback
• Conduct research and fact-checking when required to validate content
• Ensure AI responses align with proper language standards and brand voice expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI training datasets
