Key Responsibilities:

• Design and assign complex tasks to AI chatbot systems to evaluate performance

• Review and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and quality

• Identify errors in grammar, reasoning, tone, and factual consistency

• Improve model outputs through structured evaluation and feedback

• Conduct research and fact-checking when required to validate content

• Ensure AI responses align with proper language standards and brand voice expectations
