The company is currently hiring a Services Operations Analyst to support its Professional Services team. This role is essential in managing operational processes, developing business documentation, and supporting service delivery functions to ensure efficient execution of client engagements.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing proposals, statements of work, and supporting operational analytics while collaborating across multiple internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming requests from Sales and Service Delivery teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and support new client engagements
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs by conducting research and drafting customized and standardized documentation
• Support project setup and close-out activities for service delivery teams to ensure accurate resource planning and reporting
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to maintain templates, documentation repositories, and archived SOW records
• Assist in tracking operational metrics such as revenue, bookings, utilization, deal size, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation efforts within the services operations function
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for invoicing, forecasting, and engagement analytics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project management activities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, FinancialForce, Ironclad, or RFPIO
• Strong ability to communicate timelines and manage cross-functional expectations
