Description:
Mesh is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build and scale a high-performing engineering organization. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting: you will partner with engineering leadership to define hiring standards, refine processes, and ensure the consistent acquisition of top-tier technical talent. The position is a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, including full-cycle recruiting, process optimization, and enhancing how talent is assessed and hired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define “what great looks like” and design high-signal interview processes
• Continuously optimize interview frameworks to identify and advance top-tier talent aligned with Mesh’s standards
• Use recruiting analytics (pipeline health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to identify gaps and improve hiring efficiency
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance candidate evaluation and streamline workflows
• Drive calibration and training for interviewers to improve hiring consistency and quality
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insight and perspective on talent and hiring decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering teams
• Proven track record of identifying and hiring top engineering talent
• Strong experience with structured hiring, calibration, interviewer training, and evaluation frameworks
• Skilled in sourcing and closing candidates using tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by building systems and processes
• High emotional intelligence and a long-term, thoughtful approach to hiring
