Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai, a well-known firm specializing in Emiratisation and expatriate recruitment, is currently seeking a capable and experienced Senior Officer – Admin Operations for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who has hands-on experience managing multiple administrative and operational functions within the UAE.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, supporting HR operations, and maintaining efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation

• Oversee payroll-related processes and ensure accuracy in coordination with relevant departments

• Handle employee onboarding activities, ensuring proper documentation and smooth integration into the organization

• Support recruitment processes, including coordination and documentation

• Maintain and organize records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

• Assist in day-to-day administrative operations to ensure overall efficiency

• Liaise with internal teams to support operational requirements and workflow management

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in core administrative and HR-related functions

• Proven experience in business travel management, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Native Hindi speaker with excellent communication skills in English

• Currently residing and working in the UAE
