Description:
A Dubai-based organization is urgently hiring a Senior HSE Officer with strong experience in transport and logistics operations. The selected professional will play a key role in strengthening workplace safety standards and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
This position requires a proactive individual who can actively promote a strong safety culture, monitor compliance systems, and support continuous improvement in HSE performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor QHSE policies and ISO standards across operations
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and company safety policies
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and defensive driving briefings
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in transport and logistics
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, occupational health, and ISO standards
• Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations
• Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage site-based responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of:
