Hiring Senior Executive Hr Operations for a company into a comprehensive range of services – manufacturing, fit-out contracting, design & build.
Anticipate HR-related needs. Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service
Maintain -policies and procedures, maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, employee relations
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, develop and maintain human resources system in Microsoft dynamics
Responsible for payroll of 1000 employees (blue collared and white collared), camp management, disciplinary actions & grievance handling
Manage performance management and t&d across the company only locally available candidates. Should be from a joinery + project back ground
