The company is currently hiring a Senior Developer – Growth to join its Growth Team. This role focuses on building and enhancing self-serve user experiences, improving experimentation systems, and supporting data-driven product growth across multiple B2B platforms. The position offers an opportunity to directly influence product strategy, user engagement, and measurable business outcomes in a high-impact engineering environment.
This role is fully remote within the United States and Canada and requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and a passion for building scalable and secure systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop net-new self-serve growth experiences across SaaS products
• Build and maintain backend services using modern programming languages such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Evolve experimentation platforms including feature flags, analytics instrumentation, and reporting systems
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to define hypotheses and measurable outcomes
• Analyze experiment results and translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Maintain high standards of system performance, observability, and code quality
• Mentor and support engineering team members through code reviews and technical guidance
• Identify and implement technical opportunities to enhance growth systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production SaaS environment
• Strong backend development experience in Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
• Hands-on experience with React and/or TypeScript in production applications
• Solid understanding of product analytics, instrumentation, and success metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
• Experience in experimentation-driven product development (A/B testing, feature flags)
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Qualtrics
• Experience working in security, privacy, or compliance-focused environments
