The company is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation Partner to join its Total Rewards team. This role plays a key part in shaping compensation strategies, ensuring fair and competitive pay structures, and supporting a high-performance culture across a globally distributed workforce.
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will work closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and senior leadership to design, evaluate, and administer compensation programs that align with company goals and market standards. You will also contribute to ensuring equity, compliance, and transparency in all compensation-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic compensation advisor to People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to influence compensation decisions
- Lead or support compensation audits and pay equity analyses to ensure fairness and compliance
- Oversee the administration of compensation cycles including annual reviews, promotions, bonuses, and sales incentive plans
- Evaluate complex compensation scenarios such as retention offers, job leveling disputes, and organizational changes
- Utilize Workday reporting tools to analyze data, track performance, and support decision-making
- Maintain and enhance global job architecture in alignment with business needs
- Educate teams on compensation philosophy, structures, and best practices across the organization
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in global compensation, preferably within a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience managing complex compensation programs including reviews, promotions, and incentive plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build compensation models and conduct market analysis
- Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation modules and reporting tools
- Experience in global job architecture and job leveling practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training and presentation abilities
- Ability to support equity-related education and ensure compliance across multiple regions
