A reputable organization in Dubai is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join their professional team. This role is suited for candidates with a solid background in auditing, strong technical expertise, and the ability to handle client engagements while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing audit assignments, reviewing financial records, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audit assignments and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and UAE regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
- Assess internal control systems and identify potential risks or gaps
- Prepare detailed audit reports along with supporting working papers
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and assist in audit planning processes
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior audit staff when needed
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably within the UAE
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA (completed or currently pursuing)
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills
