The company is currently hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to join its Data Science organization, specifically supporting the Sales and Marketing domain.
This role is central to building scalable data systems, improving analytics infrastructure, and enabling data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between data engineering and data science, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and accessible data systems that support business growth and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a lead Analytics Engineer within the Sales and Marketing data domain
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows
• Build and optimize data models, aggregations, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, marketing teams, and engineering stakeholders
• Improve data quality, reliability, governance, and automation across systems
• Develop internal tools and applications to streamline analytics and reporting
• Enable self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture across teams
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists
• Contribute to the long-term data architecture and strategy roadmap of the organization
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or related discipline
• 4–5+ years of experience (depending on degree) working with large-scale ETL systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, or Scala
• Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance practices
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Strong background in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong understanding of relational and MPP database systems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior technical professionals
• Sales and marketing domain experience is highly preferred
