Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress

• Monitor and assess student performance, ensuring consistent progress and achievement

• Work closely with teaching staff, support teams, and parents to provide holistic support

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and confidence

• Contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive teaching strategies
