This position is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in training and development within the real estate developer sector and are passionate about enhancing team performance through effective coaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training programs tailored for sales teams within the real estate sector
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance, productivity, and sales outcomes

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methods
• Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goals
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai

• European nationality is preferred
