About the Role:
Auto Summit International FZE is currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Staff who are fluent in Arabic to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for automotive sales and a strong ability to build customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales activities for the company’s vehicle inventory through existing sales channels and by developing new business networks
- Consistently achieve both individual and team sales targets
- Generate new leads and inquiries, ensuring regular updates to management on customer requirements
- Collect and analyze market insights, including competitor activity and customer trends, to support business decisions
- Provide recommendations to management based on market conditions and customer demand
- Stay informed about product specifications, pricing, and promotional offers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the sales industry, preferably in automotive or related sectors
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; native speakers will be given preference
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
