Description:
HubSpot is expanding its Revenue Specialist team to support the growth and adoption of Commerce Hub, a platform that integrates CPQ, billing, and payments into one seamless solution. This role combines technical product expertise with customer engagement and plays a key part in helping clients fully utilize and succeed with the platform.

The selected candidate will work closely with customers, internal teams, and product stakeholders to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Commerce Hub. This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with customers to drive adoption, onboarding, and expansion of Commerce Hub
• Work with RevOps, billing, and finance teams to configure workflows and optimize billing processes
• Provide product demonstrations and technical discovery support for complex deals
• Assist in ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation and activation
• Act as a feedback channel between customers and the product team, identifying gaps and improvement areas
• Document customer insights, feature gaps, and best practices
• Create enablement materials to support internal teams and partners

Key Requirements:
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM ecosystem
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Ability to configure workflows, quoting systems, and billing processes
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or implementation roles
• Experience with CPQ, billing, payments, or revenue operations tools is a plus
