The company is currently seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support and optimize the operational systems that power its go-to-market functions. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring that revenue processes are efficient, scalable, and data-driven.

In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining CRM integrity, improving revenue workflows, and building reporting systems that provide leadership with clear and actionable insights. You will also help design scalable processes that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall revenue performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, including data hygiene and workflow automation

• Building and maintaining dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, bookings, churn, and revenue expansion

• Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive business insights

• Managing and improving GTM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, Quotapath, and other revenue systems

• Ensuring data integrity across systems and establishing consistent reporting standards

• Turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership

• Supporting the development of scalable revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle

Requirements for the role:

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration including workflow automation, reporting, validation rules, and data governance OR strong HubSpot expertise

• Experience building executive-level dashboards covering forecasting, pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, churn, and NRR

• Ability to design scalable and efficient revenue operations processes

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments

• Exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software industries

• Experience integrating and managing GTM tech stacks and BI tools
