About the Role:
Alabbar Enterprises is looking for a skilled and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within its food and beverage outlets. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service and adherence to company standards
- Lead, guide, and manage the restaurant team by assigning tasks and monitoring staff performance
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, service quality, and overall guest experience

Requirements:
