Tasty Food by ASG is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Officer to join its team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy experimenting with food concepts, improving product quality, and contributing to the development of new and exciting food items.
As part of the R&D team, you will be actively involved in creating new product ideas while also enhancing existing recipes and production processes. The position requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure product quality, consistency, and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop innovative food product concepts
- Improve and refine existing recipes, formulations, and processes
- Collaborate with quality assurance, production, and marketing teams
