Novikov Abu Dhabi, a renowned and upscale fine dining destination located on Al Maryah Island, is currently seeking a professional and highly presentable Reception & Reservationist to become part of its front-of-house team. This opportunity is open to candidates who are already residing in the UAE, with preference given to those based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reception with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach
- Handle reservations efficiently using established booking systems
- Maintain clear and polished communication with guests at all times
- Ensure smooth coordination between front desk and service teams
- Provide a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or high-end fine dining environments
- Strong interpersonal and guest-relations skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to interact confidently and discreetly with high-profile and VIP clientele
- Familiarity with reservation platforms and front desk operations
- Well-groomed appearance with excellent presentation standards
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be currently based in the UAE; Abu Dhabi-based candidates are preferred
