This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and consistency of ancillary insurance marketing presentations, playing a key part in maintaining high-quality deliverables provided to brokers. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement efforts while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quality reviews of ancillary insurance marketing presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ensure all deliverables meet established standards and internal guidelines
• Review plan designs, rate structures, financial summaries, and formatting for correctness
• Identify, document, and report quality findings and trends to management
• Support ongoing improvements within Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams
• Collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment to maintain high-quality output

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ancillary insurance products, including plan structures, benefits, and pricing methodologies
• Good financial understanding with the ability to validate calculations and analyze rate structures
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment

Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ancillary insurance or a related field
• Experience reviewing financial summaries, rate structures, or insurance-related data is preferred
• Background in insurance, finance, business, or analytics is an advantage
• Familiarity with quality assurance or audit processes is a plus
