Description:
Ginco General Contracting LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to join its construction team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction sector, particularly in villa and building projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing effective inspection procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage QA/QC activities across ongoing construction projects
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved quality standards and specifications
- Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures
- Monitor site activities and conduct regular quality audits
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality throughout the construction lifecycle
