Description:
DAR is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control operations across major projects in the UAE. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who have a strong understanding of quality systems, inspection procedures, and compliance standards within construction or engineering environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and comply with client, consultant, and regulatory expectations. The role also involves close coordination with project teams to maintain consistent quality performance across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with company and project standards
• Review inspection requests, test reports, and quality-related documentation
• Conduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify and address non-conformance issues in coordination with project teams
• Maintain accurate quality records and assist in project handover documentation
• Ensure adherence to client, consultant, and regulatory quality requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects
• Mandatory experience within the UAE or GCC region
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and coordination skills
• Exposure to ISO standards is considered an advantage
