Description:

A reputable healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee all government-related processes and ensure full regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for candidates who are well-versed in UAE government systems and have hands-on experience within the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring that all licensing and compliance requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regulatory compliance by managing and renewing facility licenses

• Ensure all medical professionals hold valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP licenses

• Handle complete visa processing including new applications, renewals, and cancellations

• Manage Emirates ID procedures and coordinate medical fitness tests for employees

• Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and healthcare authorities

• Maintain organized records of company documents, trade licenses, and employee files in line with UAE labor laws

• Provide administrative support, including coordination of medical insurance and issuance of NOC letters

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and government systems

• Proficiency in using platforms such as Tasheel, Amer, and Sheryan

• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• A valid UAE driving license is considered a strong advantage
