The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a diverse property portfolio, including two large towers consisting of both residential and commercial units, with potential involvement in hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Property Accounting: Manage financial records and reporting for residential and commercial property portfolios.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations related to property operations.
