Description:

Recru is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analyst for a fully remote position in the United States. This role is designed for a senior-level professional who can lead research, competitive analysis, and roadmap planning for a newly launched product, Record Insights. The position requires translating business requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories, understanding market trends, and aligning cross-functional teams toward effective product delivery. This is a 6–9 month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, translating business strategy into actionable product initiatives in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage existing features, act as liaison with 3rd party partnerships, and ensure AI-enabled customer-facing capabilities are user-friendly and drive market share.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central contact point for engineering, design, marketing, technology partners, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Market and Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience documenting user stories and translating requirements into development tasks.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to drive alignment, make tough decisions, and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Fresh Service, and Lucidchart.
• Experience in technical documentation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience working with fully offshore development teams in India.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of direct experience in software product management.
• Past experience in QA, documentation, or software customer support is a plus.
• Proven expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Management experience preferred.
