Handle with Dubai municipality /dewa/RTA etc authority, get noc and work permit from Dubai municipality /dewa /rta/ du/etisalat etc.,
Noc for building permit as follow:
- Mobilization permit
- Excavation permit
- Foundation permit
- Coastal zone noc
- Temporary water connection noc
- Temporary electrical connection noc
- Etisalat noc
- Dewatering permit
- Preliminary approval etc.
Deal with employees’ visa etc. and other issues
