Careerscape is hiring an Operations Manager on behalf of a leading sales organization based in San Francisco. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in organizing internal operations, managing teams, and optimizing workflows to support a high-performing sales organization.

The selected candidate will own internal processes, lead administrative staff, and ensure the sales team is fully supported to achieve their goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational management and a focus on fostering a positive remote work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth cross-functional workflows

• Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and support staff

• Develop, implement, and refine internal policies, procedures, and SOPs

• Plan and coordinate team meetings, offsites, and company-wide events

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office tools/subscriptions

• Monitor operational KPIs and report efficiency improvements to leadership

• Optimize resource allocation to support sales team productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, or a similar leadership role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

• Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar collaboration tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels

• Highly organized with ability to handle competing priorities
