Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth execution across all departments using structured processes, performance scorecards, and accountability frameworks
• Monitor KPIs and ensure they are tracked, visible, and enforced at all levels of the organization
• Identify operational gaps and resolve issues proactively before they escalate
• Lead, mentor, and manage team leads and managers to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Reduce the number of operational escalations reaching the CEO by improving systems and processes
