Description:

NOVA Tastings is a leading beverage sampling and brand activation company operating across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Operations Coordinator to support live event operations and ensure seamless execution of tasting campaigns.

This role functions as a real-time operations support position where the coordinator will monitor live activities, communicate with field teams (SuperNOVAs), and ensure that all processes run efficiently and accurately. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, multitasking, and behind-the-scenes coordination work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time communications with Brand Ambassadors (SuperNOVAs) during live events

• Ensure all team members properly clock in and out of assigned shifts

• Review operational reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Communicate issues, insights, and performance updates to management

• Follow up on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate event reports

• Prepare campaign summaries to support billing and client reporting

• Track all active campaigns across assigned regions

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

• Maintain smooth execution of all ongoing tasting events

Requirements:

• Strong self-management skills in a remote work environment

• Excellent problem-solving ability and quick decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Excel and general technical tools

• Strong written communication and multitasking ability

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

Schedule:

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Additional hours may be assigned based on operational needs
