About the Role:
Safe Way Express Cargo is currently hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Operation Coordinator to support its logistics operations in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring efficient coordination of cargo movements, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering high-quality service across air, sea, and land freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily cargo operations across multiple transport modes including air, sea, and land
- Process shipments, track deliveries, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and logistics partners to provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues
- Oversee warehouse activities, inventory management, and shipment consolidation processes
- Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and improve workflow efficiency
- Assist in pricing, preparing quotations, and supporting commercial coordination
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations including IATA, ICAO, IMO, and UAE customs requirements
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, process improvements, and urgent shipment handling
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo operations
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of UAE logistics practices, customs procedures, and regulatory standards
- Experience with freight forwarding systems such as CargoWise, WinFreight, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
