Hiring Nursing Aide (Dubai)
Diploma of nursing not less than 18 month’s course duration. With BLS certificate
License: UAE License is not required. Preferably with home country license.
Minimum of 2 yrs post graduate experience within a secondary/Tertiary facility
Experience in either medical, Surgical, OR, ED, Gynecology, Peadiatrics.
Preferably worked in a long term care unit/skilled nursing facility/transitional care or convalescent unit/nursing home or a community setting.
Will assist in the delivery of holistic nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence-based practice and the developmental of additional clinical skills in the specialty within the scope of practice.
Supports the registered nurse in the safe, effective and efficient management of the department with allocated resources.
Nursing Aide is not licensed however remains responsible & accountable for his/her own actions.
Will be flexible to ensure service demands are met.
