Description:
A well-established fertility center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology to join its laboratory team in Al Ain. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in male infertility diagnostics who are committed to maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance in a specialized clinical environment.
You will play a key role in performing advanced laboratory tests, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting efficient lab operations while adhering to strict healthcare and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine as well as advanced semen analysis in accordance with laboratory standards
• Conduct DNA fragmentation testing with precision and consistency
• Assess sperm morphology using standardized evaluation methods
• Analyze sperm motility accurately to support diagnostic processes
• Carry out all andrology laboratory procedures with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations and internal quality control protocols
• Maintain complete and organized laboratory records and documentation
• Coordinate daily lab activities to improve workflow and efficiency
• Follow strict infection control policies and laboratory safety procedures
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the lab
Requirements:
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience working with andrology cases in a clinical setting
• Hands-on experience in performing semen analysis
• Strong technical knowledge of:
