Description:
Zoomlion is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with solid UAE logistics experience and hands-on exposure to Dubai RTA processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing logistics operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various authorities to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle registration, licensing procedures, and ownership transfers.
• Handle all Dubai RTA-related processes and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and process Letter of Credit (L/C) documents and shipping paperwork.
• Oversee complete import and export operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, ports, RTA, and other government entities.
• Negotiate with shipping carriers and service providers to optimize logistics costs.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and update systems regularly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of logistics experience within the UAE.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience dealing with RTA-related procedures.
• Practical experience in vehicle registration and customs clearance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs), INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with logistics systems such as UPS/FedEx and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
