WestWood Interior Industries LLC is currently looking to hire talented and detail-focused Joinery Draftsmen to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah. The organization is well-regarded for delivering high-end joinery and interior woodwork solutions tailored for luxury residential towers and hospitality developments. Their product portfolio includes custom-built modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, wall paneling, and other premium wooden fixtures manufactured using advanced technology.
In this role, the selected candidates will be responsible for preparing precise and comprehensive technical drawings for a variety of joinery projects. The position requires close coordination with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure all drawings meet project specifications and industry standards. Accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to adapt drawings based on project requirements are key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings, including shop drawings for doors, kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, wall panels, vanities, and other joinery elements
• Ensuring all drawings align with client requirements, design intent, and production feasibility
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and internal teams to finalize project details
• Making revisions and adjustments to drawings as required during different project stages
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all technical documentation
• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and project schedules
Required skills and qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation
• Solid understanding of joinery detailing, woodworking techniques, and materials
• Previous experience in joinery production or interior fit-out industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English
