In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting various departments with their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with hotel systems and network management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including networks and systems
- Provide daily technical support to all hotel departments
- Monitor system security, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar IT role, preferably in the hospitality sector
