This remote contract opportunity is for a Human Data Reviewer (Generalist) who will be responsible for evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires individuals who can follow structured guidelines precisely while maintaining consistency across high-volume tasks.
The selected candidate will contribute to the quality of AI systems by identifying errors, providing detailed feedback, and ensuring that outputs meet strict evaluation standards. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in analytical thinking, structured evaluation, and maintaining focus in repetitive but important workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carefully review, assess, and annotate AI-generated outputs with precision
• Follow complex instructions and evaluation guidelines consistently
• Identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI performance
• Maintain high levels of accuracy across repetitive and high-volume tasks
• Proactively flag unclear instructions or ambiguous evaluation scenarios
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Prior experience in data review, AI training pipelines, or similar roles
• Ability to follow complex and nuanced instructions accurately
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
• High reliability and ability to maintain consistency in repetitive work
• Capability to work independently with sustained focus
Preferred:
• Experience with large-scale AI annotation or evaluation projects
• Background in QA, trust & safety, or structured review processes
• Familiarity with rubric-based or multi-step evaluation systems
• Experience providing detailed, calibrated feedback under strict quality guidelines
