A company based in Sharjah is currently looking to hire a dedicated HR Operations Executive to manage daily human resources functions and support employee-related processes. This role is ideal for candidates who have a foundational background in HR and are eager to grow within a structured and fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in handling HR operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration tasks
• Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and assist in conflict resolution
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Assist in recruitment activities including screening, onboarding, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations
• Prior experience in a manpower supply or recruitment agency is preferred
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Candidates currently based in the UAE or available for immediate joining are preferred
