Description:
Emaar Properties is actively looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards associated with the Emaar brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Guest Excellence: Supervise all major hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless daily operations. Maintain high service standards and consistently enhance guest satisfaction.
- Financial & P&L Management: Oversee the financial health of the hotel by managing budgets, controlling operational expenses, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, including optimizing ADR and occupancy rates.
- Leadership & Asset Oversight: Provide strong leadership to department heads, supporting their growth and performance. Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant with brand standards, and reflects luxury quality at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in hotel management, ideally within a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
- Solid understanding of financial management, including P&L, cost control, and revenue generation
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building, training, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality market and familiarity with luxury brand service standards and SOPs
