Hiring Help-desk Support Engineer for one of our government client based in Dubai.

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree & ITIL Certified

No of Vacancy 2 (1 Male & 1 Female)

Salary: 5000 AED /-

Should be present in UAE for Interview.

Job Description:

  • Provide telephone, e-mail, remote access, or in-person solutions to day-to-day computer issues.
  • Process daily tickets to meet or exceed SLA’s.
  • Work will include troubleshooting, hot swaps and asset tracking tasks.
  • Prepares and schedules computer setup, repair, configuration changes, or replacement.
  • Demonstrates good working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, and common business software such as MS Office.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems.
  • Experience with ITIL Ticketing system
