Fujairah International Airport is currently looking to appoint a highly experienced and capable professional for the role of Head of Operations / Station Commander – RFFS (Rescue and Fire Fighting Services). This leadership position is critical to maintaining and enhancing the airport’s emergency response capabilities and ensuring full compliance with aviation safety standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all firefighting and rescue operations, ensuring that the airport maintains the highest level of operational readiness and safety at all times. This role demands strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to effectively manage high-pressure emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all Rescue and Fire Fighting Services (RFFS) operations at the airport
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and international firefighting standards
• Manage, train, and supervise firefighting personnel to maintain peak performance
• Coordinate and respond effectively to emergency incidents, ensuring rapid and organized action
• Conduct regular training sessions, drills, and safety exercises to enhance team readiness

• Develop and implement emergency response plans and operational procedures
