Hiring Field Sales Executive – Marketplace
We are currently looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to support marketplace growth by acquiring and managing sellers across Dubai and other regions within the UAE. This role involves extensive fieldwork, direct seller engagement, and relationship management to drive platform adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new sellers across Dubai and the wider UAE
- Manage, support, and grow relationships with existing seller accounts
- Conduct regular on-site visits for seller onboarding, follow-ups, and performance support
- Educate sellers on the marketplace platform, available tools, and growth opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly seller acquisition and growth targets
- Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and seller feedback to support strategy
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic language skills are an added advantage)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and frequent travel within the UAE
- Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is highly preferred
- Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered
