Description:
Red Cell Partners, an incubation firm focused on building and investing in advanced technology-driven companies across healthcare, cybersecurity, and national security, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President and CTO of Trase Systems. Trase Systems is an AI-focused company dedicated to simplifying enterprise AI adoption and delivering scalable, mission-critical solutions across complex industries.
This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act as a trusted extension of executive leadership. The selected candidate will manage fast-changing priorities, complex scheduling, and global coordination while ensuring seamless executive operations and communication.
The role demands a proactive professional who can anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the President and CTO
- Act as a gatekeeper by managing priorities, filtering requests, and protecting executive time
- Plan and organize agendas weeks and months in advance to ensure strategic alignment
- Manage complex calendars with frequent changes and global scheduling requirements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements end-to-end
- Ensure efficient expense tracking, submission, and compliance with company policies
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, investors, and stakeholders professionally
- Support office operations as the Seattle office expands, including vendor coordination and setup
- Assist in planning company events such as offsites, board meetings, and team gatherings
- Help develop and improve administrative systems and operational processes as the company scales
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to prioritize, make independent decisions, and manage shifting demands
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience handling complex travel and executive scheduling
- High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Must be based in the Seattle area and able to work in Pacific Time
