CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is hiring an Enterprise Renewals Specialist to join its Global Renewals Management team. The company is known for its AI-driven security platform that protects organizations worldwide by preventing breaches and ensuring advanced threat protection.
This role plays a critical part in protecting recurring revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring smooth renewal processes across enterprise accounts. The selected candidate will work closely with field sales and customer success teams to drive retention strategies and support long-term account growth.
The position requires a strong understanding of subscription-based business models and a proactive approach to managing renewals in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support enterprise renewal contracts to ensure timely renewal and revenue retention
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop renewal strategies and pricing alignment
• Identify opportunities for expansion such as upsell, cross-sell, and product bundling during renewal cycles
• Analyze customer usage data to prepare accurate renewal proposals and recommendations
• Prepare and present renewal offers 90–120 days prior to contract expiration
• Handle contract negotiations including pricing, terms, and Flex subscription models
• Monitor renewal risks early and develop mitigation strategies with internal teams
• Maintain ownership of renewal forecasting accuracy across assigned accounts
• Serve as a subject matter expert for subscription and renewal processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise renewals, SaaS contracts, or customer success roles
• Strong background in high-tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries preferred
• Experience working with recurring revenue (ARR) business models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
