This role focuses on managing and optimizing the end-to-end email operations process, ensuring smooth coordination across global marketing initiatives and delivering high-quality communication experiences to users worldwide. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordinator for email production workflows, working closely with internal marketing teams and external partners while continuously improving processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a structured global email calendar covering lifecycle campaigns, product updates, and marketing communications

• Oversee intake, prioritization, and scheduling processes to ensure smooth coordination across teams

• Maintain documentation and workflow clarity to support alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

• Act as the primary liaison for external email production agencies and vendors

• Define and enforce standards for email briefing, asset delivery, QA processes, and campaign execution

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into email production workflows

• Support project management for large-scale cross-functional email initiatives

• Track, analyze, and report email campaign performance and impact to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in email operations, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing

• Strong experience managing structured workflows and production processes

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms

• Experience with email service providers such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io

• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills

• Comfortable working with data, systems, and workflow optimization tools

• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and automate processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing external vendors or agencies

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email QA purposes

• Experience with global email programs or multi-region campaigns

• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
