Description:
An organization in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a detail-oriented and results-driven Document Controller to support its project and site documentation activities. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are well-versed in managing engineering documents and ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance in a structured work environment.
The position will initially be based at the head office for approximately 5–6 months before transitioning to a project site. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining document control systems and supporting efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize engineering and site-related documentation efficiently
• Maintain proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
• Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and comply with company standards
• Handle document control processes using Aconex and other EDMS platforms
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth documentation flow
• Support audit processes and ensure documentation compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project documents
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of AD NOC project experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering and site documentation practices
• Hands-on experience with:
• Aconex system
• Other EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work both in office and site-based environments
