Description:

Sharjah Sustainable City is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Document Control & ACC Administrator to manage project documentation and oversee digital document systems across its construction and real estate development projects. This role is critical in ensuring efficient document handling, compliance, and smooth administrative coordination across multiple projects.

The selected candidate will act as the central authority for document control processes, correspondence management, and project administration. Additionally, the role involves administering the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, ensuring proper configuration, system governance, and seamless workflow management. The position also supports reporting through Power BI dashboards, providing management with valuable insights into project documentation and workflow performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement document control procedures, including registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving
  • Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, and project communications
  • Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and circulation of approved documents
  • Manage and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including workflows, permissions, and document systems
  • Provide training and user support for ACC to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking documentation, approvals, and workflow efficiency
  • Handle project correspondence, reports, and submissions in both Arabic and English
  • Support project administration tasks such as meetings, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards, ISO requirements, and assist in audit processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in document control within the construction sector
  • Strong and proven experience as an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrator (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling documentation for large-scale construction projects
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and document management systems
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and UAE project environments
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
